Refunds & Cancellation

The first part of this page is for memberships bought on getsharpdaily.com, which are billed by Paddle.com. If you subscribed in the SharpDaily iPhone app, Apple bills you: see App Store subscriptions below.

Cancel anytime, online

Go to Account → Manage subscription, or use the "Manage subscription" link in any SharpDaily email, or email [email protected]. No phone call needed.

Pause instead

Taking a break? When you cancel, you can choose to pause for a month instead. Nothing is charged while paused and your progress stays saved.

During your free trial

Cancel before your 7-day trial ends and you will not be charged anything.

Refunds

If you are charged and are not happy, ask within 14 days of the charge for a full refund. Refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method.

Deleting your account

Deleting your SharpDaily account (Account → Delete my account) also cancels a membership bought on getsharpdaily.com, so you won't be charged again. If you were charged in the 14 days before, we refund that charge.

App Store subscriptions (iPhone app)

Apple is the merchant of record for subscriptions bought in the SharpDaily iPhone app, so Apple handles their billing, cancellation and refunds.

• Cancel: in your iPhone's Settings › your name › Subscriptions, or in the app under Account › Manage subscription. Turn off renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next charge. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• Free trial: cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends and your Apple ID is not charged.
• Refunds: only Apple can refund an App Store purchase. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides each request under its own policy, and we can't issue these refunds ourselves.
• Pause: not available for App Store subscriptions.
• Notices: Apple sends the receipts, renewal notices and any price-change notices.
