Signing in

Enter the email you used to sign up and tap "Email me a sign-in code". We email you a 6-digit code — no password needed. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder, then try again.

Your membership

Memberships on our website, getsharpdaily.com, are opening soon. Leave your email on the prices page and we'll write to you the day they open. If you're already a member, you can see your plan and next charge date in the app under Account.

If you became a member in the SharpDaily iPhone app, Apple bills you: manage or cancel it in your Apple ID's subscriptions (in the app: Account → "Manage subscription").

Cancel or pause

In the app, go to Account → "Manage, pause or cancel", or use the "Manage subscription" link in any of our emails. You can pause for a month instead of cancelling. See Refunds & cancellation.

Family & friends

In Account → Family & friends you can let up to 5 people know on the days you play. They must say yes first, and every email has a link to stop. The Family plan covers you and up to 4 more people.

Larger text and a slower pace

In Account → Settings, turn on "Extra-large text" and "Relaxed mode — speed never counts".

Will SharpDaily improve my memory?

We don't make that claim. SharpDaily is a casual puzzle game, made for fun: a few relaxed puzzles a day, with big letters and no ads. It is not a medical product and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Your scores, levels and rank only show how you did in our games.
